Erin Ellis - REALTOR®
Erin is an award winning Realtor, experienced marketer, and a hard working power-house with over 14 years experience in the Sales & Service industry. She also holds a B.A degree in Psychology from the University of New Brunswick, which has equipped her with excellent negotiation and communication skills. Her passion and excitement for Real Estate began at a very young age, and had found that her love for the home purchasing/selling process to be even more amplified after the purchase and DIY renovation of her first home with her husband, Joe.
Erin is quick on her feet, and utilizes her energetic personality in combination with her professional experience and work ethic to ensure her clients needs are not only met, but consistently exceeded. Liz has been selling Real Estate for close to a year now, providing her clients with a high level of service, helping them navigate this fast-paced, competitive market. Liz was a natural fit for our enthusiastic and motivated team.
Liz grew up on a farm in northern Maine in a family of 14 children. So naturally she is a people person! Liz made the move to Saint John 13 years ago and resides on the West side with her husband Caleb, son Sawyer, daughter Isla, and their Aussiedoodle Penelope. Outside the office you can find her combing the beach for sea glass, painting, and or enjoying a family movie night. Being from a big family Liz learned the importance of having a place you love to call home and how valuable it is to have a space that suits your family.
When it comes to marketing properties, her artistic background supplies valuable staging and design tips to help clients present their home in its best possible light. Liz’s dedication to clients ensures they will have a great experience and can be confident she will work hard to provide the best possible outcome.
Bryana Montague - REALTOR®
Although Bryana is new to the industry as a working REALTOR, she started here with us in April of 2021 as our creative executive assistant and transitioned into a Transaction Coordinator role. Instantly we knew she was a great asset to our team.
Bryana has been intrigued with everything real estate since she can remember. It has been a long-term goal of hers to become a licensed REALTOR. With an extensive customer service background, Bryana is very well versed with customers and clients and enjoys working with people of all ages and hearing their stories.
Bryana also has a background in in long term care and has a special place in her heart for seniors and often considers herself an old soul. This experience gives Bryana unique perspective in understanding the magnitude of buying and selling a home can bring to all ages.
Bryana was born and raised in the Saint John area. Two years ago, she, her partner Tyler and two dogs Henry and Levi bought their first home in Hampton, NB. They began renovations, and made their house a home, where they will get to raise their son, Blake. The process purchasing and renovating their first home reaffirmed her desire to work in real estate. While not doing home projects, DIY’s, painting, or exploring all areas of her beautiful town and province with her family, she is watching her favourite HGTV shows and taking notes!
Taylor O’Blenis - REALTOR®
At almost twenty years of age, she may be the youngest team member but exhibits the same drive and desire. With her five years of customer service experience she is super is excited to start this new venture with an amazing group of Realtors!
Taylor grew up on the East side of Saint John with her parents, brother and three dogs.
Outside of the office, Taylor enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Jake, and 2 cats, Mischievous and Fredrick. She is also heavily involved in fostering and rehabilitating stray cats in the Sussex area and looks forward to bringing that same energy into finding her clients their home. For relaxation, one of her favourite pastimes is heading to her cottage up in Belleisle and diving into a good book during the heat of summer.
Aidan
Aidan grew up on the west side of Saint John and was working as a Licensed Practical Nurse for the past two years, but ultimately decided to follow her dream career in Real Estate. She brings honesty, attention to detail, and motivation into her new career.
Aidan is passionate about finding your house that will become your dream home.
Aidan likes to spend her free time cooking, spending time with her family, friends, time outdoors, thrifting and reading.
