Raised in a family of 14, Liz Spragg knows what it means for a house to feel like home. Now a wife and mother of two, she brings that perspective into how she works with every client.

Liz started her real estate career in 2021 and now has 5 years in the business, with her practice growing noticeably each year. Her focus is on making the transaction comfortable, calm, and even enjoyable. Buying or selling a home is one of the bigger things people do, and the process doesn’t have to be stressful. Her clients value the way she takes the weight off the experience without losing the rigour, attention to detail, and strong negotiating that the work actually demands.

An artistic background gives Liz a careful eye for design, staging, and presentation. She works across Greater Saint John, with a personal fondness for the west side, where she’s drawn to the ocean beaches along the Bay of Fundy.

Beyond real estate

Outside of work, Liz loves the ocean beaches on the west side of Saint John. Every year, she and her family take a trip to Disney World together. The closeness she grew up with, raised in a family of 14, shows up in the loyalty and care she brings to her clients.
