Pick your address and we will email you a short report on your street every month. It shows what homes near you sold for and which homes for sale are like yours, from public records and the MLS® feed. It never puts a value on your own home.

The listings that match your home on type, bedrooms and size, the asking range, and the closest three, each with its brokerage named.
3. Your street's pace
How many homes are for sale within a kilometre and a half, how long they have been listed, how many are new and how many have cut their price.
4. The month across the area
Homes sold and the median price against a year ago, sale to list, days to sell, and whether the market leans toward buyers or sellers.
The same figures sit behind what your home is worth and sale prices against assessments. The report brings them to your street.
Questions about it
Will the report tell me what my home is worth?
No, and on purpose. It shows how sale prices near you compared with their assessments as a range, the middle half of sales, because that spread is exactly why a percentage applied to one assessment is not a price. A real number for one house takes someone looking at it. Erin is glad to do that, and it costs nothing.
Where do the figures come from?
Sold figures are the province's recorded property transfers near your address, from Service New Brunswick's open assessment data, and only ever as a count, a median and a range. Homes for sale are asking prices on active MLS® listings, each named with the brokerage that holds it. The area-wide month comes from the New Brunswick Real Estate Board's report for Saint John and area.
Why does it ask about my home?
So the homes for sale it shows are actually like yours. The province's record says only whether a parcel holds a house or a townhouse; it has no bedrooms, size or garage. Without your answers the report can only show the nearest homes, and a six-bedroom house is not up against a two-bedroom townhouse. Every question is optional, and you can change the answers from any report.
How often will I hear from you, and how do I stop it?
Once a month, after the 10th. The first report arrives straight away and ends with a button to keep it coming; if you do nothing, you will not hear about it again. Every report has a link that stops it with one click, and stopping it deletes your address and your answers.
