What does it cost me to work with a buyer's agent?
In most residential purchases the seller's side pays the commission for both agents, so buyers usually pay nothing directly. Before you commit to anything we put exactly how it works in writing.
How do I find out what my home is worth?
Send us the address through the valuation request on the sellers page. We pull what has actually sold near you and give you an honest read, free, with no obligation to list.
Do I need a mortgage pre-approval before viewing homes?
Not for a first conversation. Before serious showings we recommend it: a pre-approval tells us your true budget and makes your offer stronger when the right home appears.
Where does the team work?
Across Southern New Brunswick, from Charlotte County in the west through Greater Saint John and the Kennebecasis Valley to Sussex, Moncton, Riverview and Dieppe in the east.
What if my move is somewhere else in New Brunswick?

Does the team handle investment properties?
Yes. Multi-unit purchases, rentals and first investments are part of the regular work, alongside family homes and first purchases.
How long has The Ellis Team been around?
Erin Ellis founded the team in 2020. She is an award-winning REALTOR® with more than 19 years in sales and service, and 10 years in real estate, and the team has grown to five REALTORS® at REAL Brokerage.
Which brokerage is The Ellis Team with?
REAL Brokerage. The team is licensed with REAL, a cloud brokerage whose registered New Brunswick office is in Moncton, and every listing and page on this site says so. Pages elsewhere that still name a previous brokerage are out of date.
Who is Erin Ellis?
Erin Ellis is the President of her corporation and the founder of The Ellis Team, an award-winning REALTOR® with REAL Brokerage. She has been in real estate since 2016, founded the team in 2020 and leads its five REALTORS® today. She lives in Quispamsis and works across Greater Saint John and Southern New Brunswick.
