Cul-de-sacs, rinks, trails and the river at the end of the street. Quispamsis is the largest of the KV towns and the one most families shortlist first.

What it's like
Quispamsis is organised around family life. The qplex rec centre, ball fields, school runs and river access set the rhythm, and the subdivisions range from 1970s streets with mature trees to phases still being built.
It is the kind of place where the question is rarely whether you can find a family home, but which pocket fits your budget and your school preference.
The houses
Mostly single-family homes, from modest splits to newer two-storeys, with townhouse and garden-home options growing. Newer phases trade lot size for finishes; established streets trade the reverse.
