What it's like
Hampton feels like a town rather than a suburb. The Kennebecasis River marsh gives it long views and serious birdlife, and the main street still does what main streets are supposed to do.
The 2023 amalgamation folded in surrounding communities, so the municipality now stretches well past the old town limits. That widened the mix of properties that carry a Hampton address.

Heritage homes near the centre, family subdivisions from several eras, and rural properties with acreage at the edges. Pricing generally lands below Quispamsis and Rothesay for comparable space.
