Fundy-St. Martins

What it's like
The village made its name on shipbuilding and keeps its living from the sea and from visitors walking the sea caves at low tide. Mornings belong to the harbour; summer afternoons to the beach traffic.
Buying here usually means choosing a pace as much as a property. Some owners are year-round, many are seasonal, and the market moves at coastal speed rather than city speed.
